I called Wellesley 2 days after my car had been totalled. I needed a car and wanted something reliable and low maintenance. I had never purchased a Toyota (I was a HONDA lifer), but my mechanic suggested I look at the RAV 4. I got Marcus Mason on the phone. I told him my situation and what I was looking for. Although he didnt have exactly what I was looking for, he immediately started to look for and work with me to explore workable, reasonable options. He didnt talk at me, he discussed with me. He stayed with me through a pretty difficult and convoluted process. It took a while, but it finally worked out and I am now driving my first Toyota. Marcus was knowledgeable, professional and always patient and pleasant. He always looked to offer solutions and I very much appreciated that approach.
