The people here are the nicest sales and finance employees of any car dealership in the greater Metro West area. The minute you walk in you are the most important person there. Our salesman, John, was solicitous without being overpowering. He inquired as to what we were looking for and helped us find it at the price we needed to pay. The general manager, Shaun, was very cooperative and helped us on the trade-in side by meeting us half way with the amount we needed to make the deal happen. In finance, Mark, was able to explain all that was needed to actually seal the deal and walked us through all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Afterwards, John came to our rescue and succinctly and pleasantly explained the functions of the navigation system and our unique items pertaining to the car. After purchasing Toyotas from other dealers in the area, I can confidently day that Wellesley Toyota is by far the best. I will never go anywhere else. PS, this is my 8th Toyota, so I do know what I'm talking about.
